Your club is already set up. What would you like to do?
Safe to go — as long as you don’t change your colour, your existing link and QR code stay exactly the same. Click “Update colours, or, Reprint Brand Assets” below — you’ll just need to re-upload your logo and reposition it before downloading each resource again.
That creates a new link and QR code. If the old one’s already been shared or printed, it’ll stop leading anywhere useful — you’ll need to reshare the new one with everyone. For a colour change only, click “Update colours, or, Reprint Brand Assets” below and pick a different swatch — no need to re-upload your logo unless you also want new posters. For a different club name or sport, click “Change these settings” above instead.

Add your club logo to all resources
Select each resource using the buttons below, and position your logo on each resource and download them all as print-ready files. Come back to this page any time to reprint — you'll just need to re-upload your logo and reposition it again, since nothing is stored between visits and everything happens in your browser.

This is the logo's width as a % of the resource's own width — use the same number on every tab to keep your logo the same size across all resources.
You’ll need to download your resources before you can continue — this is what unlocks “Approve and proceed” further down the page.

Pick one colour only to theme your club page, or keep the default colours. Not quite right? Use the colour wheel icon to pick any colour you like. Upload your logo again any time for fresh swatch options.
The preview opens in a new tab — that's exactly how your page will look once you're live.
Close that tab, come back here and click “Approve and proceed” to continue.
Close the tab, come back here, and either scroll up to try a different colour or click “Back” to update your club name or sport.

As long as you haven’t shared your link, QR code or posters with anyone, everything below — colour, logo, club details — is still easy to change. It only becomes a hassle once the shared QR code, link and printed posters are out in the world!
